The CITB Employer Network fund covers up to 70% of your training costs, with The Building Safety Group managing the process seamlessly. We handle invoicing CITB directly for the majority of the costs, leaving your company responsible for just 30% which is payable directly to BSG. This significantly reduces the financial impact of training, allowing you to upskill your workforce cost-effectively. Importantly, this funding can be accessed alongside other CITB grants and schemes.

How to get started …
To access the CITB Employer Network Fund, there are a few simple steps to follow:
- Complete the Membership Form: Join the CITB Employer Network by submitting their membership form (Please call us if you need help with your submission
- Appoint BSG as your ‘Preferred Supplier’ to benefit from our extensive course offerings and application support
- Plan and book your training: Work with your BSG Account Manager to identify your training needs and schedule courses accordingly
- Receive an invoice for 30% of Training Costs: BSG will only invoice your business for 30% of the overall training costs
- BSG takes care of the remaining 70%: We manage the process of invoicing the CITB Employer Network directly for the remaining 70%.
